DELIVERY POLICY

Delivery Policy – Bulk & other products

We require at least a 24-hour lead-time starting from the time your card is charged on all online orders (not from the time your order is submitted). If you require quicker service please call the store directly during business hours at 440-937-8135. All items purchased from landmarkmulch.com can be delivered to any address in the Cleveland, Ohio metro area. Landmark Lawn & Garden Supply requires a 2-yard or 2-ton minimum delivery on all orders, at least a 4' x 4' rack delivery on bulk firewood and aside from bulk, $50 minimum before taxes on any other products.  We can also do 20# propane exchanges.

You must place a separate order if buying more than one bulk product online. If your order is placed and 2 or more bulk products are ordered, you may be charged additional shipping charges. (We will contact you via the phone number provided.)

Landmark Lawn & Garden Supply and/or a Cuyahoga Landmark vehicle will not go off the driveway or street to make a delivery. The customer must sign a delivery waiver prior to Landmark dumping a load or unloading products by hand. By clicking, “I have read and agree to the shipping, return, and privacy policy,” customer accepts all responsibility for and waives any and all rights and claims for any damage that may be caused to the driveway, house, garage, auto, lawn, shrubs, utility wire or anything located at the delivery location as a result of the customer's request to the employee of Landmark Lawn & Garden Supply or Cuyahoga Landmark to drive onto your property for the purpose of completing a delivery.

Delivery charges are determined by the number of miles your zip code is from our store. Depending on the fuel market, fuel surcharges may apply. If you cannot find your zip code on the checkout screen, please contact us.

Landmark Lawn & Garden's sales associates make every attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that product descriptions or other site content is complete, current or error free. If any product delivered by Landmark Lawn & Garden Supply is not as described online, please call us immediately to remedy the situation. Product pictures and descriptions are for your convenience. Landmark Lawn & Garden Supply will not be held responsible in any way for products that are ordered incorrectly by customer.


Bulk mulch calculations online are provided for your convenience. Landmark Lawn & Garden Supply will not be held responsible in any way for a customer's miscalculations resulting in their bulk product overage or shortage.

 


Delivery Return Policy

If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items to the store for a prompt refund or exchange. Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Refunds for items returned more than thirty days after the purchase date will be in the form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase. The original delivery and fuel charges are non-refundable. Gift Cards purchased are non-refundable.

If our customer has a problem with the quality of our bulk products ordered online and delivered, please call.  This will require a local store manager to make a special trip to your delivery destination to look at the bulk product. From that point, the manager and customer will resolve the problem. In some cases, a large, Landmark machine loader may be required to come out and pick up the product. By clicking, “ I have read and agree to the shipping, return and privacy policy,” customer accepts all responsibility for the Landmark machine to enter property and remove product. Charges may apply.
